I just busted the stock on my early 90's Wingmaster. It's a LW 20 gauge magnum with darker wood. I would buy the set if I needed to. If someone had the corncob set for the 20 gauge, I would take that also.

e-bay seamed to be mostly 12 gauge stocks. I'd sure like to find a corn cob set.

I wouldn't go plastic on this one. I really like the dark walnut, Wingmaster stocks.

And there are TONS more of em I think you missed the fact that he needs a 20ga LW stock set. Only one I saw on eBay was a youth model. (....and no corn cobs for a Remmy) DMc

Only one on Ebay and yah - it's a youth. I wish it would of bean my large ring 20 gauge stock that busted, then I could use one of the plentiful 12 gauge stocks.

You can use Remington 1100 20-28-410 stocks on an 870LW, you will need an 10 1/4" bolt and a larger washer.

I bought an 870 20 ga stock set a few years ago directly from the Remington parts department. That may be your best bet.

I thought of that but the new checkering would be different. Mag410 brought up that I could use an 1100 stock, so I'm looking into those also.
