Does anyone know who makes John Bolligers composite stocks? Is it like Echols where McMillan made a mold of his walnut stock? What material choices are avaliable (fibreglass, Kevlar, etc)? What actions beside M70 Classics can they be inletted for? Can you buy/order just the stock?
Any info would be appreciated.
Best, Ryan

You should ask them. The 700 clone stocks being done currently are as nice as anything on the market. I have owned all of them so this isn’t conjecture.

Thanks RedRabbit looks like they very well are. You should ask them. The 700 clone stocks being done currently are as nice as anything on the market. I have owned all of them so this isn’t conjecture. Think I am going to give them a call this week. How do you find the palm swell on the Bolliger’s RinB? I have a Legend stock and the palm swell and forend is a tad big for lightweight standard caliber builds. I also have original Pacific Research stocks and find the palm swell too narrow. Trying to find something in between that still has checkering. I also like the idea of Bolliger’s shorter forend as I much prefer 22” barrels over the more common 24”.

If interested in selling pacific research please let me know. Thanks for the offer but not interested in parting out the stocks. Currently, I have 2 P64 M70 (.30-06 & 375) stocked in them and would likely just sell the complete rifles. If you are interested in buying one of complete rifles shoot me a PM.

I was not a fan of the palm swell until I used one and now like them. I believe you must order a complete rifle. I don’t believe they sell stock blanks.

Oh and the rifles are being built by John Bolliger JR.
