make the detents in their containers just a little larger. That would allow one to simply pick the primers directly from the container to primer tubes, with out play with flip trays.
something like small primers in a large primer container
rattle too much I guess

Primer packaging is made that way to prevent chain reaction explosion, the close fit is supposed to limit explosion to one primer and not set off all the others.
