I’m a big fan of Hornady Interlock bullets. But! I believe the Weatherby exceeds the maximum velocity that those Interlocks can handle. The Nosler Partitions will work very well for you.

I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally
