Anybody use Scarpa boots? More specifically, the Scarpa Kinesis? These looks like a close equivalent to the Asolo Sasslong which I liked.

They look like good boots but the grey liner and padding at the top look cheap.

Ive used them for the past two years. They've performed great. Two sheep hunts plus lots of hiking. They'll likely be on my feet next year too. The fit was excellent for me which really makes a difference. Nothing cheap about them. They are a serious hiking boot, but not extreme. I've had stiffer and heavier, but really like the balance of these.

I’ll second that. I’ve had mine for three years including an archery elk hunt in Idaho and lots of other hiking and hunting. Probably my favorite boots including Lowa, Kenetrek, etc. Nothinh cheap about them at all...
