Some of the best meals in my life have been eaten off of paper plates.
Looks very tasty.

Shrimp Fricassee (Shrimp Stew) for supper last night, sorry about the paper plate, we were in a hurry. Boy I bet that was tasty...
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

Chirizo and White Bean soup with hot Biscuits. Found some new Chirizo at a local grocers butcher shop instead of the packaged crap I usually have to settle for. Good flavor but it was chewy/rubbery....I think they made it with some of Hanco's wild hogs.

Chili cheese dogs. Nothing fancy just fixins from the store including canned chili.

Tonight was dinner at the 'fire Tonto gathering. It was grilled steak, fried fish, ranch beans, potato salad and corn bread and every bit of it was cooked right and excellent.

Last night, the wife made an absolutely fantastic tuna and noodle casserole. There wasn't anything novel about it - cream soup (celery), some diced onion, celery, and carrot, some slices of yellow cheese and potato chips on top. I am not generally a fan, but this was made with Al's back door tuna instead of the usual cat food that gets mislabeled as being for human consumption.

London broil with corn and baked potato. Been marinating the London broil for a day.....and used my new broiling pan! Did not have one before. Sour cream, chives, cheese type mix on the spud.

Bread pudding with vanilla sauce. Home made, first time I had made it. Not a single thing I would change. We buy bread in the three pack from the grocery store. Better and cheaper than the commercial stuff. One loaf was going to get kind of dry, so I decided to try pudding. It was great!

Your a regular galloping gourmet Jim. FYI those pan handles usually can’t handle above 350 in the oven🤪 Tonight: Home made tater salad and hotdogs. 10pts for anyone that can name the head of the famous person with succulents growing out of it. Home made lemon bars for dessert. Made with lemons from our tree. Last night Pan seared salmon, asparagus and rice basmati or jasmine not sure.
