For actual mounts, Brian Dobson (artistic taxidermy) is right in Edmonton and has won many awards. This would be my first call. I’m not sure if he offers Europeans, but should know who in the area does.
I think northern impressions has beetles - at least they did a few years back. I believe western fur tannery now has a beetle cleaning service aswell. I’ve not seen European mounts from either of these places - but beetles up here are not super common so if beetle cleaning is a must these are likely your only two options in Edmonton. Most taxidermists up here boil, and the results vary a lot from place to place.
Just remembered there is also solitude taxidermy in spruce grove (just west of Edmonton).
