I have had great luck with the 129g 6.5 long range accubond, both in hunting and accuracy.

For a big 7mm, has anyone had any great accuacy with the 175g Nosler long range?

The 7mm 150g in 7 mag loved to jump around .120. in my remington 7 Mags.

Keith,
Here are my comparisons between the 175gn Accubond LR and the Partition on the same weight for best performance in my rifles.

175gn Accubond LR
7x57 - 48gn Rel 22 and Fed 210 for 2645fps and .745" Average of groups
280 A1 - 56gn H 4350 and Fed 210 for 2742fps and 1.096"
7mm Rem - 64gn IMR4831 and Fed 215 for .667"

175gn Partition
7x57 - 45gn Rel 17 and Fed 215 for 2640fps and .388" Average of groups
280 A1 - 56gn pg Rel 17 and Fed 210 for 2782fps and .550"
7mm Rem - 68gn of Rel 26 and Fed 215 for 2990fps and .309"

Keith,

I have used the 175 ABLR quiet a bit in my 7MAG. My rifle is throated and I seat them out a bit farther with a jump about .10. Vel with R26 or 76828 is about 2975 in my 26" Lilja.

It is a fairly soft bullet at those speeds. I have killed 2 6x6 elk at distance about 200 yards. The bullets broke up pretty bad and didn't exit....but the elk died.
This year when I go into the timber I will slip a partition up the spout. In my rifle they group .5-.75 for 3.

I also shot a pretty big bodied mule deer about 150 yards and the bullet broke both shoulders but didn't exit.

Used the 6.5 129 ABLR out of my .260 to shoot a mule deer at 200 yards quartering towards me and it exited DRT. It's prolly a bit soft also but pretty near perfect for a .260.

When I used the 175 grain Partition in my 7mm Remington Mag. I had great confidence with this round. I know other calibers will kill an animal just as dead. I knew when shooting this bullet in my gun, it didn't matter how the animal was standing. I would shoot for the off side shoulder sending that bullet on through any animal.
Heck, I got my first moose and elk with this load.
The last few years, It seams I have hunted more with my 30-06 than others I have.
Need to put my rifles on a rotations. Maybe not.
You ever have a rifle that seams to handle and shoot great. For me it's my 30-06. There is a fine line between it and my 338-06.

I'm headed to bed. You all have a great day tomorrow.
