I bought a couple of pounds of seasoned fajita beef from a fairly new shop nearby and they have nailed it. They use some sort of vacuum technique... My son threw the slabs on the grill with poblano and jalapeno peppers and onions, pinto beans, guac and Sadies hot salsa made for a great dinner.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

I have that same basic setup Charlie. Grandpa did a lot of butchering. Tonight's beans errr...peas. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/D3TCXWb.jpg) Looks killer! I made the best black eyed peas I’d ever had a few months back. Not even sure what I put in them, besides home made bacon. A good pot O peas is surely something to appreciate.

My little brother came up this weekend. Tims sausage stew. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/24036/tims-sausage-stew/It's super easy......Ital. Sausage, Tomatoes, Zucchini, and Acini De Pepe pasta.....and some garlic bread. Half a batch feeds me for 3 or 4 days.

Dinner at Mom and Dads tonight. Wife made up a big pot of cheesy garlic mashed taters and I broiled a rosemary dijon garlic marinated tritip in the oven. Over to Tata and Nana’s with the Grandkid in tow so his Mom and Dad could have a night out.
