I currently have a Redding 3BR Powder Measure and although it's very nice, I do not like the fact of it dropping powder on the up-stroke.
Does anyone use the Hornady Lock-N-Load or Hornady Bench Rest powder measures?
I'd like feedback on the Hornady units and any other unit that reliably cuts and feeds extruded powder.

My Hornady does well on the progressive machine. But I use it for pistol cartridges mostly.
I have Harrel’s that cuts extruded powder pretty good.

I have RCBS and Hornady. The designs and functions are very similar. Accuracy depends a lot on the powder being used of course. I use both with IMR4350 which is pretty long grain, and get decent results. They are very accurate with short grain or ball powder. If you are dumping corn cob powder, I think I've heard the Lee measure does well with coarse stick powders.

After your replies and reading reviews, I ordered a Hornady.
