We have an Italian immigrant family living here in town.
Originally from Milan, they left due to the Muslim immigrant
problem there. The lady told me she was from a nice neighborhood
outside the city. Over the last 15 or so years, every house has barred
their door and windows. It is no longer safe to go outside at night.

They are here on a visa, trying to become citizens.
They bought a house, pay taxes.
They own a business, pay taxes.
They speak our language, also to their kids. (She enjoys talking to people to practice EnglIsh)
Their school age child goes to school,others will.

Their current visa expires in a year or two, there is no 100% guarantee it will be renewed.
If it isnt, they get deported. Their home, business?

If they screw up 1 thing in their attempt at citizenship, or get involved in any crime.
