What gloves do you use when filleting fish?

The fish are so darn slick, that last time I used thin glove liners just to hang on better.

Sure would be nice if some kind of rubber gloves would work.

I don't know of any "textured" robber gloves that wouldn't be slick when wet?

Any good advice?

Our better tackle stores carry them, but any industrial supply house that has chemical resistant gloves like MSC etc should carry them or you can order online.

Got my Daughter to order me a pr. on line.

Atlas gloves work pretty good, they work even better if you can put a cotton glove on over the top of them. If you aren't worried about slicing your hand up a surgical glove under a cotton glove works really well but not much protection. We handle slimy salmon all day long during eggtake and that is what I wear.

I'll take along a pr. of glove liners as well as my new Atlas gloves next time I go fishing.
