Fortunately, duckster was nice enough to lend me his 70-300 so I could get a some pics last night! Hoping to get my new Sony setup from Cameraland any time now (c'mon Joel!! )and will be very interested in how it stacks up! I have coached him since he was three years old and he absolutely loves baseball. This is our first year with kid pitch and he's had some questionable calls, but he doesn't let the umpire dictate how his game will be played, be focuses on playing catch with the catcher and throws hard four seamers.

duckster Campfire Tracker D Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 4,455	Good shots! Glad the lens worked! The first hurdle shot was with that lens and the second was a Canon 100-400mm L. I can't tell much difference but my skills are pretty basic

Just rest my fingers on the edges so I don't scratch the lens but still get close enough to have it disappear..... Biden's most truthful quote ever came during his first press conference, 03/25/21. Portraits, sports, ect...that is a well rounded focal length for sure. There are two lenses that I have with me all the time. 24-70mm F/2.8 70-200mm F/2.8 Currently saving for; 14-24mm F/2.8 50mm 85mm 300mm
