Load increase of 1.5 grains and a velocity of 2677 3/4 inch group. Every powder increase after in 1/2 grain increments shot
patterns. Still fell 150 fps below what i wanted. Guess thats why they call it load development.

My long time 215 load was 77gr H1000 in win brass. Across several 300’s (25-26”) it’s ran 2925-3000fps and had great accuracy.
As soon as the stock to my current 300 is back from Manners I’m going to try R26 with the 215 as well as the 210 LRAB as I like what it’s doing with 208’s. I’m getting 3080 FPS with the 208’s and R26 from my 28” barrel and no pressure signs at all with 3/8” accuracy. I could push it harder for sure but don’t see any good reason to.

77 grains of H1000 gave me 2707 in Hornady brass and my group opened in a ugly way. 75.5 gave me 2678 and 3/4 inch groups. This week I'll try working loads up in new WW brass ,H1000 fed 215 primers and a work up with R26 and fed 215 primers. Been hearing good things about VV N570 but its hard to find. Thanks
