I used to shoot the Berger 130 VLD-H. It shot lights out, but on game performance was lacking in my experience.

Last year, I switched to the Sierra 140 gr GameKing. It is very accurate as well, but kills like lightning!!! This will be my go-to until I find something better...

How was it lacking?

The 130 VLD is a killer! The high shoulder shot is a death sentence.

My wife and I killed 6 deer this fall with the 6.5 CM

All with 130 grn Accubonds

This fall I will use 140 grn Sierra Game Kings

When I called Sierra about the Swede info, they didn't recommend the 140 Gameking for deer, at those velocities.
They recommend the 120 Prohunter.

I used the 140, already had them, they did open up, they weren't impressive.
The deer took a number of chest hits, took a while to decide to die. Only killed
two, lost a buck, never know what happened when you can't examine them.
Tried the 140 BT. Some better.

Got some 120 Prohunters to try.

I'm confused. Deer are not hard to kill. Stuff a bullet on top of a charged case, and go kill something. Just make sure the scope is lined up with the POI, and go kill stuff. Why make it harder than it has to be?

Rat, sometimes it just works that way. This past fall I decided to try some .243 95gr BTs in my 6x47. Everyone praises them on deer. I shot two and had a hard time killing both. Both required an additional shot to finish them off. I will switch back to the tried and true 85gr Sierra HPBT. Never had any question using them. Just thought I was missing out on something better.

Sierras get a lot of ragging, but in my sphere they've been very effective deer bullets.

I shoot straight up the leg, mid-shoulder if a deer is broadside... Most of the time it is fold-up, lights out upon impact. If not, they are obviously dead-animal-running for a very short time.

First animal was a big-bodied MD buck. Shot at 105 yards. At the shot, the buck acted unhit. He trotted forward stopped, and started looking around. At this point, I was second guessing my shot, but my rest was rock-solid so... After 10-15 seconds (seemed like an eternity,) the buck started to wobble, then laid down and died. Shot placement was perfect and the buck died, but I needed a more impactful result.

Several hogs then died with typical results.

Then, the final straw... I had a sounder of pigs came in late one evening. The feeder was at 113 yards. I picked the biggest sow, put it on her and lights out. The others ran off but came back a few minutes later. Picked the next biggest sow (about 175 lbs,) put it mid-shoulder and squeezed the trigger. At the shot, she squeeled, spun around and ran off into the shinery. I found 2 small spots of blood in the first 10 yards of her path, but she was never found after a major search both that night and the next morning.

Since switching to the 140 SGK, results are back to what I expect - quarter-size exits, instant death, and major blood loss.

I have some VLD-Hs left if someone wants to buy them... about 109, I think.

30-06 150 gr Federal hi shock. Works for me.

Z- BTDT too. Problem wasn't the killing - it was the strawberry jello and the rest of the mess the 95 BT's made.

Reiterating what was mentioned earlier - the Creedmoor is eager to please with a plethora of bullets.
Per generally always, I prefer the Accubond (specifically the 130's) for deer at the ranges the OP stated.
Beyond that I'd choose something a little more slippery in the wind.
