I have about 300 6mm bullets for my 6x47. What load would you recommend?

What twist is your barrel ? What grain are the bullets ? Are you using for hunting ? or Target ? Lots of variables.

Your thread title says 6x47L. My 6x47 is the 222 Remington Mag necked up to 6mm. The lightest bullet I have used is a 60gr Sierra HP, it works very well with H335.

Mine uses the 6.5x47Lapau necked down to 6X47Lapau. It is a popular wildcat but I can't find load data on light bullets. Plenty of data on the 105's and 108's. For hunting I'll use the heavier bullets but I have all these lightweights I'd like to dispose of on varmints or at the range.
I'm thinking on using .243 Win data.

Lemme look tonight. I believe the Berger Reloading manual has data for the lighter (87/88gr) bullets in the 6x47L.

I believe that Dennisinaz has loaded 55 grain bullets in his 6x47L
Lightest I've loaded for was 75 grains.
Current load is 95 gr NBT with 6.45 gr CFE223

I loaded 55 grain Nosler "SHOTS" over 42 grains of Varget. I hit 4005 fps. I think there is room to go higher. The SHOTS will not hold together with an 8 twist at those velocities. The ballistic tips should be good to at least 4200. I would start at 40.5 and work up from there with Varget.

I perused the info from QL and the 6x47L over the weekend. Something struck a nerve and I couldn't figure it out. earlier this AM, a light bulb went on - a lot of the loads shown are shown as 100% or better case fill. I wonder if this was an over-sight or just the nature of QL? Can't say, as I don't own or use QL.
I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.

I have no problem getting 42 grains of Varget into a case and with a 55 grain, there is no compression since the seating depth is the bare minimum to hold the bullet safely. The rule of thumb is one diameter of seating depth but with target rounds, you can fudge on this a little.
