Trying to find the correct bullets for an 1899A in .38-55 made about 1908-09. Thanks in advance.

Les Volmer makes and sells correct bullets, as for cartridge cases i think starline produced a run. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. The stock only has a screw hole for the forearm and two holes for holding on the butt plate (one on top and one on the bottom). Were they meant to be carried without a sling?
