I keep checking to see if it is on Amazon, no dice. I figure it would be easier for you that way, seeing I am from Canada. I also can't see how to order from John's website. Shipping would probably be a bear for cost.
So I will trouble you Tarbe, as there seems no other option. Let me know what is easiest for payment, considering I am in a foreign country. Paper cover please. I have you down on my spreadsheet for a soft cover. You won't be able to order a book off John's website until the books are in Texas and ready to go. Then a link to order will be put up. If you order on John's site, the order will make its way to TX and will be shipped from the warehouse. Anyone can order from John's website once the link is up. I am just trying to spread the word on a few select websites and make it as easy as possible for folks to get the book. Tim

I am already planning to pick up 7 of the limited edition hard covers (and counting) so if you want me to make it 8, I can put you down for a hard and a soft. FYI - John said the delay in getting the books to the states is problems at the printer getting the hard cover done - they are waiting to ship everything together. Tim

Per John, the books have now (finally!) shipped to the U.S.
I will be in touch with the Distributor and as soon as they are available I will head over and buy up at least $1,000 worth of books.
Once I have the books and mailers in my hands, I will start PM'ing all those who expressed interest, to let you know where to send the funds.

Highly recommend the book. Had the good fortune to hunt with John this fall and brought a copy home. Highly recommend going to Zim to pick up your copy:)

Per John the books were on a Delta flight heading to the U.S. earlier this week.
Should be in Customs now...waiting for word that they are in Texas at last!
