My guess would in the $700.00 range, but--
In a couple years the salts will rust it all out anyway--

i would get it fixed unless you are going to keep the car for several years....if you decide to trade it in you will loose some cash on the trade in price with that scratch

I traded the Suby, scratch and all on a new 4Runner. So the cash went to the new car. I don't think the scratch had any impact on the trade in value. They gave me a wholesale trade value so basically a low ball trade.

Will last longer and be more useful , congratulations I have been thinking the same thing except for an older 4 runner.
