Clark,

I've got a 7 twist .223ai in the works. 75 Amax kissing lands at 2.450" coal have an 88's coal at 2.50".

I'm running 5rd Accurate Mags and 10 rd MDT's and this will leave about 60 thou to chase.

Hoping to hit somewheres near 2,800 fps in a 21" bbl with 8208 or pro 2,000.

Higgins

Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

Jesus Christ that seems hot!

Would an 8 twist 22-250 spin them?

Vindictive is caustic. Spite is playful and without real meaning.

I killed a lot of stuff with my old Accumark. Never could warm up to the weatherby action so sold it to a buddy back in 2008 when Remington ran the 257 wby in their lss limited edition. Killed this buck 2 days after buying it with a 100 TTSX. It shoots that bullet around 1/2-5/8” with boring regularity and is a joy to shoot. Not my favorite rifle but it’s never leaving my ownership.

It’s been restocked and has differnt glass now but I wouldn’t even want to count how many animals it’s killed in my hands let alone as a loaner rifle which is its current role

Could very well be.

No idea on the 22-250.

I’m betting they’re at the point of diminishing returns.... like a 130 6mm, or a 200 6.5mm, etc....

19" of wind advantage at a grand vs my 75 Amax load assuming 2,800.

My 22" 6 Dasher runs 108's at 2,840 with a little less bc for $12 more per hundred.

Damn. Stick already got a BINGO and I didn't even know we were playing. Stick is sure winning at life.

Where did I leave my card? Maybe I'll ask my beloved wife if she has seen it, or one of my children, who love their dad more than their favorite toy. Yep, that Stick is a Winner. Maybe I can "win" someday.
