I'd like a soft (canvas) carrying case that would hold my G2 with a scope and at least one other barrel with scope. The maximum barrel length would be 21" and the scopes are compact and mounted low. I'd like the whole package to be as compact as possible. Anyone make such a case? Would a case for an AR-15 work?

How about a shotgun case with a separate compartment for an extra barrel? Should be available for guns assembled or taken down. Scope might be an issue.

Hy! GWP Guy, send me your address I'm in Ontario Canada but sending a couple of cases shouldn't be a problem. I have 2 cases, one old old one, canvas for a break open shotgun. Second is an old vinyl one, 2 compartment also for a take down, I replaced the leather straps. You can have both, I'm not using them any more!!! That canvas one is just that, canvas! No padding! The vinyl one is kinda cool. Made by Shakespeare I think, I used to have an old Stevens 410 over/under plastic stock, used it on the trappline a lot, u know the story, traded, sold to get something I just had to have!!! The Skinner 24" "Flat Takedown Case" looks perfect for my needs. I think it has enough room for my Contender Carbine w/16 1/2" bbl. and short scope as well as my 22" .410 barrel. Thanks for the tip (and the offer, Bill!).
