I got a good deal on an unfired 2016 Sendero SF II in 7mm Rem Mag. I put Talley lightweight lows on her, and a Leupold VX2 4-12x40 CDS. Lightweight she ain’t, but I’m betting she shoots. P

I had the same exact gun...Mine shot lights out with factory Winchester 140 grain Ballistic Silvertips. Brought it to Wyoming and shot my 1st Antelope @ 432 yards.

Always loved the Senderos. Wanted one in 25-06 for a long time, but other things kept coming up. I bet it shoots as good as it looks...

I’m hoping you got a good one. I have the very same rifle in .264 Win Mag that had to be sent back to Remington for a major overhaul. Mine shoots really good now but it still has head space issues. If your serial number starts with RR you have a 50/50 chance. My rifles serial number begins with RR and it was a stinker. I have a replacement trigger in mine now and that makes it shoot way better than it did with the horrible Remington trigger.

Nice - there's a retired dentist at my shooting club who shoots bug holes with his at 500 yards. Oh, and by the way, I'm not making this up...he uses a Leupold scope to boot.

Mine is an older Sendero in 300 ultramag...It’s been a sub moa rifle from the start. I swapped out the trigger first thing. Yesterday, I ordered a McM Remington Hunter stock to replace the H-S furniture. The fat dual palm swell never felt right. The new stock corrects it for me...Best of luck...Hope your’s shoots great 😎

50/50, why? Did Remington only make 2 that year? P

I bought two of these new last summer, a .264 and a 7mm Rem. Magnum. The 7mm is very accurate but I gave up on the .264 after trying at least six bullets and several powders.

The one gun I wish I would hadn’t sold was a Sendero in 7mm STW. I put a Timney Trigger in there and it shot factory Nosler 160 AB incredibly well. Have fun with your 7!

Most all Sendero's I've seen are really good shooters. A lot of weight out front, but its not like these are shot in off hand, field positions.
Were these ever offered in 308?

Pharmseller Google “Remington Sendero trouble”.... Like I said I hope you got a good one. As far as how many Sendero rifles were built you will need to contact Remington but I’m sure it was more than two.

no, but a 700P or a 5r in .308 has the same stock and barrel contour. unless youre just dying to have a fluted barrel.

Technically all Senderos are/were long action, except the 7mm and 300 SAUM's........

Yep, if it was short action like 308, 22-250, etc...I was a considered a VSSF.
