$39US for a new replacement magazine for my M778 - 222 Remington from Gun Parts Corp. (and $17US shipping ) I should have bought them when they were $10 CDN and available up here, but you pay what the market will bear.

I bought 3 spare magazines from them for 3 different 788's. Had to tweek the feed lips on 2 and the other was to thick, would not fit in the floor plate. Buyer beware!

I've bought a few from Sportsman Guide out of MN. about $30 per about 5 years ago. They might still have some.

I suppose I should happy that they are still available and not too outrageously priced. My original mag still works fine, but having a spare seemed like a good idea. Now I have to offer up a Winchester to the Remington god so that my bolt remains in one piece. No wonder M70s are getting harder to come by...
