I am just a few paychecks away from having enough money for a custom rifle. I am looking for advice on who you would recommend for a left hand 28 nosler. I plan on using it for long distance shooting and big game hunting in Idaho where I hunt elk antelope and mule deer

Are you sourcing the parts yourself or looking for a complete build? Do you have any particular parts in mind? Weight? There are many great gunsmiths out there. Ryan pierce is a 28 Nosler guru.

Have you considered a Nosler Rifle? A fairly good buy if semi custom will scratch the itch. There are many good builders in Montana and the PNW jusrt decide on what type or style and see who is building those? For a classic rifle the Custom Gun Makers Guild roster is a good place to start.

Might want to consider the Bighorn Origin action for your build.

From the fire I'd look to: Redneck, Jim Kobe, Eddie Fosnaugh or Hillbilly customs...
