Awesome. What no salsa for the Costco chips? And those peppers should grilled. Those (leftover) peppers were grilled as part of a jumbo shrimp skewer meal shortly after that.

Yeah, Love doing that stuff.
Had my cousin & her new husband visit last week, so we went camping.
There was the 2 of them, my brothers family (5) + Deb & I. Our son Doug came out Saturday & stayed till Sunday dinner.
I was camp cook for the 10 of us.
Walleye fish fry Friday night.
Took the charcoal smoker out. 2 chickens & half a NY strip for dinner Saturday night & big pile of baby backs for Sunday night.
Burp !
