any experience here with this loaded cartridge from Speer? Thoughts on the bullet? Will it expand at 2500FPS???

We use it. It's been very accurate and dependable. I don't remember what the bottom threshold was for expansion, but we went with it because it would reliably expand at very low velocity (for SBRs).

It is, IMO the overall bonded 5.56mm bullet.

You should expect complete upset to below 1,800fps. I’ve seen good performance past 300m out of a 10.3” barrel terminally, and have little issue hitting consistently at 500 yards on 12 inch targets.
