The election coming up maybe our last chance. That post may sound stupid. But if you look , there will probably be two Senators up for election in Arizona. Right now the democrat is ahead of the three republicans in the primary. Dr. Ward and Sheriff Joe are behind McSally. But the democrat is a head of all three in the polls.
In Texas Cruz is ahead of the democrat Beto O’Rourke. Cruz lead is in the single digits. Hasbeen

I agree.

Winning one election cycle won't get the job done.

We need to make it a true patriotic mission to defeat the Commies.

I don't trust the pollsters, but we should be putting a major effort into ONE contender.

Unfortunately, as much as I love his hard line stance on illegal immigration, Sheriff Joe is not likely to garner a winning share of the votes.

Looks like there is going to be another seat open in Arizona. I would like to see Dr. Ward in one and McSally in the other.
I don’t trust polls either but the truth is Hispanics are taking over both Arizona and Texas. They will elect their candidates if not this time next.
California liberals have taken over Washington and Oregon. I’m sure before long they will expand to adjoining states. Hasbeen

hasbeen1945,

I know ZILCH about AZ politics BUT am very up to date on TX politics. = The DIMocRATS have a ZERO chance of defeating Senator Cruz or any other Congressional candidate, who is outside of the BLUEST of BLUE areas of our biggest cities.
NO DIMocRAT has held TX-wide office in more than 2 decades here. Further, I do not foresee that changing anytime in the life of any Texan

Wendy Davis was said by the "mainstream media" to be headed to "a clear victory" in our last race for TX Governor, supposedly based upon "extensive Texas-wide polling". = When the vote totals came in, Davis got LESS than 35% of the actual vote.
(Well after the election it was discovered that NO counties were polled, except Bexar, Dallas, El Paso, Galveston & Harris counties. = As my grandfather used to say, "Figures don't lie but liars certainly do figure."

yours, tex

Tex, I would like to believe you are correct. But I’m afraid time is on the democrats side. I believe Cruz will win this time. Hispanics are a growing population in Texas, and they historically vote democrat. Just a matter of time.
The same thing will happen that happened in New York. A young Hispanic running for Office will defeat a well know established republican. Hasbeen

Things change slowly in politics and the commies know it...... The same thing has happened in NY state.... Not just the socialist chithole of NY City, over the last 30-40 years and I've seen it. Every year the older generations die off and get smaller while tons of new 18 year olds get to vote for the first time. Little by little things change as elections occur. No big changes ever occur overnight. It's just a series of small changes here and there that eventually become big changes. It's called "incrementalism" and that's how gun laws usually change. Incrementalism will be used to "fundamentally change" the entire U.S.A., as Obama wanted to do. And how did the Nazi's take over Germany in the 1930's? They simply changed laws to suit themselves and they did it all legally.... Just look up the "Enabling Act of 1933" for a lesson on that........ All you need is a majority vote and you can take over the entire country and run it your way.

Reagan said "We are one generation away from losing our freedoms." We are now one election away from losing our freedoms. In Arizona i think the race will be between McSally and Dr. Ward for the Republican nomination. Sheriff Joe has been popular but is too old to serve out a six year term as Senator. McSally is just getting her feet on the ground as Representative and I am disappointed she chose to run for the Senate. Polls probably show the Democrat ahead because the Republican vote is split three ways. Hispanics taking over the state so it is hard to predict at this time. Hopefully both Senate seats will go to Republicans.
