I must disagree just a bit with the Senator from Arizona. This is not one of the most disgraceful performances in my memory. This is without a doubt the absolute worst performance in the history of the Presidency. Bar none.

God knows what Trump promised in those 2 extra hours alone with Putin.
One has come out from Russian General Staff, Putin and Trump made some
kind of military deal and no one in US including our Joint Chiefs know what
it is. Russian General Staff sending messages to US General Staff asking
if we are ready to go and we don,t know what they are talking about because
Trump has not told anyone.

Why is it okay for the President of the United States, conducting official business, to have a closed door meeting with a foreign adversary that has acted to undermine our democracy without releasing a transcript of that meeting? Why doesn’t Congress hold hearings and demand to learn what went on between Trump and Putin behind closed doors?
