No, Weatherby Vanguard/Howa 1500 use the same bases as a Remington 700.

Buy the Talley bases and rings. They are about 110.00 bucks, well worth it.

Paul According to Talley, 1500/700 have a different front/rear height difference than the Vanguard, so they sell different mounts for them.
