No need to apologize!

I've read enough of your posts to know they (and links therein) are worth a look so I thought I'd let you know. the initial link didn't work.

I've read it now!

I appreciate you pointing it out and the fellows who made it right.

I still hate these smart phones however. 😛

That is just awful. I was hoping they would never make it to AK.

What? Ticks or smart phones?

I have carried ticks around and an old year 2006 flip phone too. After my third bout of Lyme disease I'd rather suffer, though unpleasant, the smart phone.

Sure am sorry to hear that thing (tick) has made its way there.

Red squirrels carry ticks here in S.E. I've had one attached to my body before - on my upper eyelid right buried in my eyelashes. Cats I've had got them a few times.

Having dealt with deer ticks in Rhode Island, I don't ever want to have to deal with them up here.

.....Put the tick in a small unbreakable container. It is best if it is in a small amount of ethanol (vodka works in a pinch if we know that is what you used) but not rubbing alcohol.......

Sounds like its important to keep some tick preservative on hand at all times.
