I just picked up a weatherby accumark rifle the bolt is really tight if I put a round in the chamber I physically have to push the bolt more forward for the bolt to close otherwise it won't close any idea what is going on?

I don't think it should be this tight and have to litterally push the bolt more forward before I drop the handle more

Make sure your front mount screws are not coming thru the front ring holes too far. powdr

How is the bolt with no round in the chamber? Any marks on the brass or bullet once chambered? Is it the factory barrel?

Do a thorough cleaning of the chamber and see if that helps.

On my 30-378 I had to tweak the mag box a little and also clearance the front of the box to match the feed ramp in the action. Feeds slick now.

Sounds like the extractor is struggling to jump the rim, a not uncommon problem. For a quick check, place the rim under the extractor manually and see if it doesn't chamber easily. The fix is easy, grind a little more bevel on the front of the extractor, or try your luck with another. They are cheap; like 5 dollar cheap.

I had this happen when the extractor shaved off a sliver of brass which lodged under the extractor. Just a little buffing with Flitz took the sharp edge off. I would also check the head space if the other suggestions don't improve the situation. In fact I would check it any way just to be sure.
