Schmidt set up a server in North Korea for the cabal under the guise of bringing the internet to the poor people of NK. It's purpose was to provide secure comms to the CIA/Obummer/Clinton that would be clear of prying eyes of the NSA. He knows the gig is up and steps down.

....it is the duty of our political parties and our candidates to go before the people with the facts.
