Make a small difference out past where it is important. Pretty bullet though.

Here is a 165 Gamechanger (on left) next to a 165 Ballistic Tip.

The Gamechanger seems to be not as stoutly constructed as the Accubond

Lighter, thinner jacket, hence you can make it longer and with higher BC, if that's important to anyone.

Another question: what does this bullet offer that we don’t already have a dozen of? Seems to me there are lots of tipped cup and core bullets out there. Catchy name? Wonder if Hornady will tell us that the tips melt....

look at the cross section of the bullet jacket on both bullets especially the base . Not sure that the Gamechanger should be compared to other LR bullets other then an Accubond

Bullets have a cool translucent green tip, that ought to mean something to someone. I am going to try them in a 7 mag and 06

In my case, it offered better accuracy over Accubonds and BTs both. In general, I've found Sierras to be consistently accurate across their entire line of bullets. Since they didn't offer a plastic tipped, high BC hunting bullet I always looked elsewhere for that need.

This bullet fills a niche Sierra didn't previously have any offering in. I can't say it's "better" than other offerings out there, but I'm a fan thus far in my limited experience.

This is just a question: Are those sooooo long that either: (1) you must seat them so deeply that you lose case capacity (i.e., velocity); or (2) the cartridge will not fit in a standard magazine?

Where do you see cross sections of both bullets, especially the Gamechanger? I've seen Sierra's "picture" on the ad but I don't think it's a real picture. If someone has dissected them I'd like to see the real deal.

They are not but if they rival the newer BT's in construction I will be happy

Looks like a nice bullet to me, especially if it is indeed more stoutly constructed than the Gameking.

Options are nice.

Fotis,

I'm by no means an expert, but from every range between 200-600 things dialed spot-on with the SWFA 3-9 and the ballistic app on my phone.
