The next time he stops in front of the media, when the first reporter asks about Kavanaugh, he should say "I hope Brett doesn't reconsider and refuse the confirmation. If that happens the I'll have to nominate Amy Coney Barrett.
The libs heads would explode and they might reconsider and vote for Kavanaugh. I hope he nominates Barrett when Ginsberg croaks - replace a woman with a woman. MAGA

They need to add another amendment to the Constitution that says. There will be absolutely NO socialist or Communist programs accepted on a Federal level. And anyone pushing the Socialist or Communist agendas in the Federal Government will be FIRED and Investigated for Crimes against the Constitution of the United States of America and It's People.

I would have nominated Obama and watched with amusement the democrats heads exploding deciding whether to trash him, vote against him, or get blamed for going along with my agenda.
There are more than enough republican votes to keep him from actually getting confirmed.
