Family and friends for the feast on Monday.

Thankful that the Lord sees my sins covered in the spotless blood of Jesus Christ.

I was working about 100yds from this explosion and have much to be thankful for.

Looks like only 4 injuries which is a God given miracle considering the size of the explosion and the extent of the fire.

Just stared and stared at the pic of the 2 dogs......big smile

I don't always venture out into the sub-freezing darkness, but when I do, it is deer hunting season, and I carry a Remington. Stay hungry my friends.

Well Paul, I am thankful we don't have to deal with that yet.

wabigoon;
Good evening to you my friend, I hope this finds you and your fine family well.

I'm sorry that I'm tardy checking in, we've been out trying to fill some freezers on the weekends - our eldest daughter and I that is - and thus far have only been able to spend several wonderful days together visiting as we tour some of what I consider the most beautiful countryside in central BC.

My goodness I'm thankful for a wife who's put up with me for nearly 36 years now, for two wonderful daughters who've become productive members of society, for health for us all - and our extended families too.

Lastly of course wabigoon, I'm blessed beyond anything I could have done to deserve this all, combined with living where we do.

Yesterday we were up on the top of the west divide of our Okanagan Valley - looking down on the fall colors and noting the mountains we hunted on the opposite side already this fall. This morning we were on the east side, looking across to where we were yesterday.

We live in a place where we've got the freedom to do that, open access to hundreds of square miles of public land and generous seasons to hunt.

The fact that the populations of game are at a low cycle absolutely isn't enough to dampen our spirits wabigoon!

Thanks for the thread and belated Thanksgiving wishes to all who wander through the Canuck section here.

Dwayne
