Got a new barrel on mine and was working with the 145 eld-x with RL-26 last night. Only the second bullet I've tried; I tried the 150 gr ABLR with RL-26 and the results weren't quite as good.

I had 63.25 gr - 68.25 gr loaded.

The results were:

63.25 gr - 3011
64.25 gr - 3084
65.25 gr - 3156
66.25 gr - 3227
67.25 gr - didn't shoot
68.25 gr - didn't shoot

I also had 66.0 gr loads seated from .010 to .110 off the lands. Using the Berger method to find seating depth sure takes the magic out of finding a load.

The conditions were really windy and it shifted while I was shooting. I don't know what happened with the 2 fliers. The bullets seated the farthest out are in the top left and the deepest are in the bottom right. .090 off seams crazy to me but they'll fit in the mag box.

I load 140 Accubonds for three 270 WSMs. Super accurate in all three.

The old barrel shot 130 SST's, Accubonds & Ballistic tips pretty good with H4831 considering how eroded the throat was.

I may mess with seating and powder just a bit but I could live with 66.0gr seated .090 off. It

RL26 and 130 Etips in my Nesika. I pretty much only shoot Noslers in my hunting rifles since I'm apparently addicted to SPS!

I shoot more Noslers than anything else but the eld-x will get the nod this time. With a bit of luck I'll get a chance to field test it this year.
