Buddy of mine took his old (leaky) Simms Gore-Tex waders, cut off the neoprene booties (source of the leak problem) and turned them into hunting rain pants. Works great.

EMS Stasher rain pants are on sale for under $11. Not sure they can keep up with the ability of waders but worth a shot.

British or German mil-surp gore-tex.

The older British desert pattern camo gore-tex pants don't have braces or buttons for braces, which the German Flecktarn camo pants come equipped with them.
