can someone point me in the right direction?

i have a supply on my back deck of emerald green shamrocks.

they bloom and do well. and i try to take good care of them each year.

my supply or example of Iron Cross shamrocks lived alone in the front yard.

i transplanted the survivors to a pot, and they did well until i allowed them to flounder.

i really like our potted emerald green shamrocks, with the white flowers.

the iron cross shamrocks had red flowers as i best recall.

anybody got a direction to a replacement supply?

they are a long-lasting perennial flower.

i am looking for a re-start.

can you help?

Gus: I was intrigued by these shamrocks you described and thought I might like to plant a few myself. With a quick search I found the following website that describes and sells various shamrock varieties including the Iron Cross.

I'm sure with a bit of effort you will find other sources that might be more convenient or cost effective. Any other information you have please post since I plan on ordering some.

thanks for your input. that is a supply. i've seen some on the web, but often they were out of supply, or it was unseasonal at the time.

the ones i had lived in one bathroom with afternoon sun for ages. then planted into front yard, and it became a pereniall dying down in winter.

foolishly i dug them up and potted them. then allowed them to flounder. they don't seem to be as vigourish as the emerald gem shamrocks that live outside.

they are indeed one of the varieties of oxalis. we have wild oxalis here, but nothing like the iron cross or emerald green varieties.
