There are some ads in the RMEF magazine for jewelry made out of ivories.
Don't know why they wouldn't make them.

I have shirts that need them, but thankfully I don't wear them nearly as much as I used to. Otherwise this would be a pretty cool accoutrement i'd be interested in myself.

If I were to buy a shirt that was missing the darned sleeve buttons, and couldn't return it, I'd possibly think of adding elk buttons. However, there's likely some jewelry supply place that sell the part and you glue your stuff onto it? Cuff link blanks....

I had a customer have me build him a knife with the ivories from his first bull mounted
in the center of the scales in the palm swell area.
It was a pain, but came out looking pretty good. I should have taken pics.

Ha, you guys crack me up. Cufflinks would be at least as used and useful as some of the other [bleep] I've learned about or bought here. Which says more about that stuff than about the cufflinks.

Google cuff link blanks. Get you some sterling silver ones and take your ivories to a jeweler to mount them.
