OP coobie Campfire Regular C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 2,086 S.Michigan	Been hunting for a used small to medium Suv for the winter.Found a 2009 ford explorer XLT 4X4 one owner(old fart) with 6 cly. engine with 84,000 in excellent condition for $7,500 bucks.Any thoughts from explorer owners?Good,bad or ugly? tzone Campfire 'Bwana T Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 46,745 Just The Tip	I had one and I liked it just fine. It wasn't much in the power department if I was going to pull much. I had no issues in the two years I owned it. Bought it used in 2012 and traded it on a 2014 Ram. Camp is where you make it.

I agree the V-6 engine is rated at 210 horsepower.I have a 2016 ram with the 6.4 hemi for my pulling truck.
