In need of above. I see there are none available, 7STW seems to be what I need. Wondering if the 300 RUM follower would substitute?

It depends on which mag box you have.

I've used modified Remingtons and most recently, Brownells #724101375WS

I have an MLS that someone pulled the spacer out of.

Mine has a Williams one. When converted from 270 Classic to 375H&H Belted.

Probably not.. Way different body dimensions..

Thanks to McCray for the tip on the Wisners Mauser follower. I spoke with them and after some measuring I ordered one directly. Might take some work but overall the dimensions are good. If not I’ll have a paperweight😄. The fellow there was extremely helpful. Also a big thanks to Redneck for making every effort to find me one. Hope I can repay the favor some day.
