I don't get anything on my windows laptop. No pop-ups on the android phone. I get them about every time on the IPad. Is there a specific cure for that platform?

Several threads regarding this problem. PC's running most popular browsers can use adblockers, and they are very effective, at both killing ads and stopping malware hidden in ads. Mobile browsers are problematic. The crap shows up very often in you're using Android Chrome. Never used any Apple products so not seen what goes on there.
