Yep, I agree. Normally cycling takes care of that in spades because my routes are designed to blow up your heart <g>.... guess I could/should (bleah) put my racehorse of a bike on my trainer. Did I say bleah?

Similar workout today as well. It's been a physical week. As a bonus, now my boat has a sweet new solid diamond-plate floor. smile Big job. Took out all the marine plywood, massively reinforced the stringers, and put in a solid diamondplate floor. No wood on the boat now. Took 4 days.

Ha! Or one of those goofy line dance thingies. smile

Sore as hell today in all the areas mentioned. Apparently it's been a while since y'all dealt with awkward heavy stuff at and below floor level for a period of days if yer thinkin' it's not a workout. Unlike if I'd done the same work at a gym, now my boat is considerably better, stronger, and cooler than the day it left the factory... win/win. Only took $800 worth of aluminum and stainless steel and, of course, a craftsman of legendary prowess.... grin.

My life is predicated around DIY to an extent very few folks are, especially at my advancing years <g>. It's often very physical; when it is I log it as a workout. Because it is.

To your point, I'm way overdue for some hard cardio. I missed the last good fall cycling weather doing the shop roof R&R, and I detest doing the funky hamster on the trainer, but I may have to.

Ok, seriously. I thought you may have been “fooling around.” I guess your advancing years have caught up with you. Be careful with the cardio.

Hey Kenneth, in case you missed it, JeffO does get some good-natured ribbing on this thread. Key word, good-natured.

Let's not make this thread into the "Hunter's Campfire." We've already got one of those.

Merry Christmas.

Laffin...

The lack of a clue he has is epic. He just wants to be a part of the hunting fraternity but his politics and lack of a clue prohibits it. I'd love to run his ass into the ground on a hunt during a normal day. He'd be crying for mercy on morning one of a real hunt. Wanna come hunt coues Jefe?

Jefe's normal day is what most of us get done by 9 AM I suspect....

Yes. I can vary the hunts dependent on circumstances. Grin...
