Managed one scarred up male yesterday. the short answer is No, none worth pealing. Only two were mange free, and one of them was rubbed pretty bad and the other had most of his guard hair broke off.
Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

That has to be Photoshopped.
How can you hit something that small with a wood stocked rifle that does not have a free-floated barrel, has a barrel band which ruins harmonics, is equipped with a scope that does not have exposed turrets, and is chambered in some obsolete caliber? It probably does not have pillars or is even glass-bedded.
