As a buyer that is where I would want to be on it, although I don't see the twist as being that much of a negative since I use them with 40 & 50 gr bullets. The market is pretty soft on anything that costs more than $400 - $500 it seems.

Honestly I think you could get a little more for it than that. I think the synthetic stock is a plus . As being a 223 you can find ammo for it anywhere. Also it is a cheap to shoot rifle. Would be a great prairie dog rifle. Yes the gun market is soft now.
