This is an older home we just had re-carpeted, bath remodeled, painted in & out, new garage door, new roof, some new siding, all new windows done. It's a 3BR 1 Bath on 1/3 acre corner lot only 5 minutes to the public boat ramp and 6 minutes to my covered slip at MacDonald's Marina. It's at the south end of Lake Pend Orielle, ID, a 46 mile long 1,150 ft deep lake with enormous trout, kokanee, bass, walleye, perch fishing.
