........ No roundabouts either. Main intersection at the town closest to use has a flashing caution light at the 4 way stop. We've got lots of roundabouts here..... 'roundabout 1993 I moved away. 'roundabout 2000 I moved back. 'roundabout the time I moved back I started building fences. I figure I'll be finished building/rebuilding fences 'roundabout the time I die. ...lots more 'roundabouts besides those. LOL......they built one over in Lewiston about a year ago.....stupidest thing I've ever seen. They recently finished another one.....I haven't seen it yet but I'm sure it's no better than the first one.

No traffic lights in Ringgold County, Iowa.
Rush hour lasts about 3 minutes when the high school turns 'em loose.

On the subject of stop lights - remember the days when they were timed so that when one set changed to red, the other set immediately changed to green?

I went by one of the intersections the other day and where there use to be 1 stop light, now there are 8.... 2 facing each direction of the intersection, so now the parish has 6 stop lights. But the 2 new lights do not signal traffic in our parish.
