Have only handled the Sako 85s. Nice rifle, but I struggled with the Sako scope mounts (used them on the AV series), too bulky. I own 4 Sauer 202s (1 RH, 3 LH). For those who feel they may be a bit heavy, find one in the alloy frame. I have 3 alloy frame and they lighten up the rifle quite a bit. As far as barrels go, I had one made by Benchmark and am still breaking it in, but the interchangeability of the barrels along with the quality of the rifle is what has me hooked on them. My RH 202 is the lightweight alloy frame with built in scope bases and a synthetic stock. Nice rig for the right handed shooter.

If you become a gunsmith or know a good one you can make your Sako 85 a switch barrel.  Bed the stock better than a sauer too... I did.

The 202 is a great rifle but it has been replaced in the Sauer line by the 404 so if you're looking at one, take that into consideration. Barrels still remain available, mostly in Europe but some are here in the US, as well. 404 LOL! Does anyone in Germany use the internet?

No ejection issues with a Sako 85 in 270 Winchester, one of the ones known for the issue. Don't have a 202, but do have a 101 select. Sauer's are very well made, The 200/202 are switch barrels and kind of a funny setup to me, but they do work very well. They are expensive as are the barrels. Nice things usually are.
