Easy Ed McCaffrey's kid, Christian McCaffrey, is a freak.
There's a bunch of stand out athletes that would likely be able to make some level of pro teams in multiple sports.

I was thinking Thorpe also, unless you mean currently. John Riggins wan another combo of speed and power, broke Gayle Sayers rushing records (can’t remember which college.)

My pick is Ted Williams, the greatest hitter I have ever seen. I guess his other sport would be Marine aviator in WWII and Korea. He would be much higher on the hits and home run lists if not for military service during his prime years. It was said his eyesight was so good that he could read the text on a spinning 78 rpm record.

John Riggins wan another combo of speed and power, broke Gayle Sayers rushing records (can’t remember which college.) Kansas, where he was also a track star, not just a competitor. Doug Atkins was also a collegiate recruit in basketball at Tennessee, but gave it up for football. Also a track and field star. He also would start a bar fight, just to clean the place up. Probably the greatest athlete the ever to come out of the SEC. Bronko Nagurski. John Elway. George Steinbrenner had a chubby for him. There's a few to chew on.

Most of the NFL qbs have and could play baseball to at least the college level. Many would be able to play at some level of the MLB, usually as pitchers.

Slinging Sammy Baugh!!! He was a good ole boy born in west TX, even though he played football for the Redskins 🤠 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sammy_BaughTed Williams gets 2nd place in my vote, followed closely by Joe Dimaggio.

Regarding Bronko Nagurksi I remember reading this story when I was a kid. This was taken from Wikipedia.
Nagurski was discovered and signed by University of Minnesota head coach Clarence Spears, who drove to International Falls to meet another player. On the outside of town, he watched Nagurski out plowing a field without assistance. According to legend, Spears asked directions and Bronko lifted his plow and used it to point.[1] He was signed on the spot to play for the Golden Gophers. Spears admitted he concocted the story on his long drive back to the university in Minneapolis.
