I think I found something that didn't go with beer years ago, but can't remember what it was.

Croghan bologna (it's a ring bologna) with as sharp a cheddar cheese you can find put on club crackers.

Paired with an IPA, life....is......good!!

I didn't even know it existed until now and even if I did I doubt it was around back in my bar stool days.
Wish it was though. Now that I know about it I gotta have some......off to Amazon.

Go up to Clayton and get some River Rat cheese - or Adams Reserve, or Herkimer, or...
I only get Croghan Bologna couple of times a year now, but grew up about 20 miles from Croghan so know it well.

+1 On the peanuts.

Grilled brats are near the top of the list too.

Took a road trip yesterday for supplies and stopped at a Czech meat market. Bought a jar of pickled polish sausages. Cannot believe how damn good these things are.

Smoked oyters, kipper, saltines, mustard.
Horse cock and animal glue (salami and cheese) on a Triscuit.
Fish tacos.
All other tacos.
Pork rinds, Tapateo, lime.
Raw oysters, Green habanero hot sauce, lime.

Of course all of that schit is better with a gin and tonic.
